Important Information

• Present the ticket and your passport/ID card upon check-in.
• Passenger must arrive at the helipad location at least 45 minutes prior to the flight time.
• If a passenger arrives after the flight time, they will be considered a “no show” & no refund.

Passengers Restrictions

Only passengers aged 2 years and above are permitted to fly and required to purchase a seat. Children under 2 years of age are not allowed on the helicopter. Children between the ages of 2 to 12 are not permitted to fly alone and must be accompanied by a guardian. Pregnant individuals are allowed to fly for up to 32 weeks, but we strongly recommend consulting your doctor and obtaining approval to ensure you are fit to participate in the helicopter tour.

Guests with Disability:
We are happy to accept the booking, provided the passenger is accompanied by a companion who can assist with boarding and disembarking during the flight.

Cameras and Equipment
No Commercial Filming: iPads, selfie sticks, and camera lenses with 400 mm are not permitted to use.

Dress Code
Helicopter Tour Dubai has the right to enforce dress safety code or to refuse any passenger to fly, at its sole discretion. Avoid loose garments, trailing scarves, or accessories that may become airborne due to rotor winds. Wear flat, secure footwear, as high heels can compromise stability and safety during boarding and disembarking.

Prohibited Items
Hazardous materials, explosives, weapons, flammable liquids, foods and beverages are prohibited on our helicopter flights.

Passengers must keep seatbelts securely fastened and remain in their assigned seats at all times during the flight.

Timings

• Subject to prevailing weather conditions, we operate daily around the year from 10 am to 6 pm
• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.

Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.

Purchaser agrees that Passport copy and name on Passenger Manifest (a GCAA Legal Document) proves that service and tour was rendered and refutes any Chargeback Claim.

Photos and Videos

• HDT reserves the right to use any acquired passengers photos or videos.
• Photos and Videos are not included in the helicopter tour experience, they can be purchased separately.
