These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”) govern the use of this website and the purchase or booking of experiences and services offered through Helicopter Dubai Tours, including Helicopter Tours, Yacht Tours, Supercar Rentals and related experiences.
By accessing our website, making a booking, submitting an enquiry, making a payment, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1.1. The Company provides and/or arranges premium tourism, leisure, transportation, rental and experience-related services in Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
1.2. Services may be provided directly by the Company or by independent licensed operators, owners, aviation companies, yacht operators, vehicle providers, captains, pilots, chauffeurs or other third-party service providers.
1.3. Where a service is operated by a third party, the customer agrees to comply with the operator’s applicable rules, safety requirements and Terms & Conditions in addition to these Terms.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to amend, update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version applicable to a booking shall generally be the version in effect at the time of booking, unless otherwise required by law.
2.1. Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
2.2. Certain services may have age, height, weight, driving licence, passport, identification, medical, insurance or other eligibility requirements.
2.3. The Company and/or service operator may refuse participation where a customer does not meet applicable eligibility or safety requirements.
2.4. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is correct.
3.1. A booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation until the Company or relevant service provider has confirmed the booking.
3.2. A booking may require full payment, partial payment or a deposit, depending on the service.

7.2. The cancellation policy applicable to the specific service will be communicated at the time of booking and/or stated on the booking confirmation.
7.3. Promotional, discounted, special-event, private charter and specially arranged bookings may have different or stricter cancellation conditions.
7.4. Where a refund is approved, the Company will process it according to the applicable payment and refund procedure.
7.5. Payment gateway charges, bank charges, transaction fees or third-party processing charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
7.6. No refund shall normally be due where a customer fails to attend, arrives late beyond the permitted check-in period, provides incorrect information, fails to meet eligibility requirements, or voluntarily chooses not to participate after the service has commenced.

8.2. Late arrival may result in reduced service duration, rescheduling or cancellation.

8.4. Where a customer is late, the operator may attempt to accommodate the customer subject to operational availability.
9.1. Certain experiences are dependent on weather, sea conditions, aviation restrictions, road conditions and other operational factors.
9.2. The final decision to operate, delay, modify, reschedule or cancel a service due to safety or operational conditions rests with the relevant licensed operator, pilot, captain, driver or competent authority.
9.3. Where a service is cancelled by the operator for safety or operational reasons, the Company will offer the applicable alternative, rescheduling or refund in accordance with the relevant service policy.
9.4. Customers are not entitled to compensation for circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
10.1. Some services advertised on the website may be operated by independent third-party providers.
10.2. The Company takes reasonable steps to work with reputable service providers but does not control every aspect of third-party operations.
10.3. Customers agree to comply with the third-party operator’s safety procedures, instructions and applicable Terms & Conditions.
10.4. Where permitted by law, the Company’s liability for services operated entirely by third parties shall be limited to the Company’s role in arranging or facilitating the booking.
11.1. Safety is the highest priority for all experiences.
11.2. Customers must follow all safety instructions given by pilots, captains, crew, drivers, instructors, staff or other authorized personnel.
11.3. The Company or operator may refuse or terminate participation where a customer’s behavior presents a safety risk.
11.4. Intoxication, aggressive behavior, harassment, reckless conduct or failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
12.1. Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
12.2. The Company and service operators are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
12.3. Customers should avoid bringing valuable or unnecessary items to an experience.
13.1. Customers may be photographed or filmed during experiences for operational, promotional or marketing purposes where legally permitted.
13.2. Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional material should notify the Company before the experience.
13.3. Photography and filming must comply with the rules of the relevant aircraft, yacht, vehicle, venue and UAE authorities.
13.4. Commercial filming, professional photography or use of drones may require prior approval and additional charges or permits.

17.3. The Company will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate complaints.

19.1. All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, videos, trademarks and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to the Company unless otherwise stated.

20.2. Information may be shared with relevant service providers where necessary to process and fulfil a booking.

21.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
21.2. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
22.1. Helicopter tours are subject to aviation regulations, operational requirements, weather conditions and instructions issued by the aircraft operator and competent authorities.
22.2. All flights are subject to the final approval of the pilot and/or aircraft operator.
22.3. The aircraft shown on the website may not necessarily be the aircraft used for the customer’s flight.
23.1. Passengers must comply with all applicable passenger eligibility requirements. 23.2. Passengers may be required to provide valid identification prior to the flight.
23.3. The operator may impose restrictions based on passenger age, weight, health, mobility, pregnancy or other safety considerations.
23.4. The combined passenger weight may be subject to aircraft limitations.
23.5. The operator reserves the right to determine seating arrangements and passenger distribution within the aircraft.
24.1. Passengers must arrive at the designated helipad or check-in location at the time stated in their booking confirmation.
24.2. Passengers arriving late may not be permitted to board.
24.3. Late arrival may result in cancellation without refund or rescheduling subject to availability and applicable charges.
25.1. Published tour durations represent the scheduled flight duration and may not include check-in, security, boarding or other ground procedures.
25.2. Flight routes are subject to air traffic control, weather, aviation regulations and operational requirements.
25.3. The pilot and operator may alter the route, flight duration or landing arrangements where required for safety or operational reasons.
25.4. Customers cannot demand a particular route or manoeuvre where the pilot determines that it is unsafe or operationally unsuitable.
27.1. Photography may be permitted subject to aircraft and operator rules.
27.2. Professional filming equipment, large cameras, drones and other equipment may require prior approval.
27.3. Passengers must not interfere with aircraft equipment or crew operations while taking photographs or videos.
28.1. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, air traffic control, technical issues, aircraft availability, regulatory restrictions or other safety considerations.
28.2. The pilot or aircraft operator has final authority regarding flight safety.
28.3. Where cancellation is initiated by the operator for safety or operational reasons, the applicable rescheduling or refund option will be provided in accordance with the booking policy.
28.4. A customer choosing not to fly after the aircraft has been cleared for operation may be treated as a customer cancellation.
29.1. Customers are responsible for informing the operator of any relevant condition or limitation that may affect safe participation.
29.2. Customers should seek appropriate medical advice where they have concerns about their suitability for helicopter travel.
29.3. The operator may refuse boarding where it reasonably determines that participation could create a safety risk
30.1. Yacht tours are subject to maritime regulations, weather, sea conditions, marina requirements and the instructions of the captain and crew.
30.2. The captain has final authority over navigation, route, speed, departure, docking and safety matters.
30.3. The yacht displayed or selected during booking may be substituted with a comparable yacht where necessary due to operational requirements, maintenance, availability or safety.
31.1. Guests must arrive at the designated marina or boarding location at the time stated in their booking confirmation.
31.2. Guests arriving late may receive a reduced cruising period or may miss the booking entirely.
31.3. No refund shall normally be provided for missed departure caused by customer delay.
32.1. The maximum number of guests is determined by the yacht’s legal capacity and operator requirements.
32.2. Customers must not exceed the confirmed passenger capacity.
32.3. The operator may refuse boarding if the number of passengers exceeds the permitted capacity.
33.1. Food and beverages may be included only where specifically stated in the booking.
33.2. Special catering, cakes, decorations and other arrangements may incur additional charges.
33.3. Customers must notify the Company of dietary requirements in advance.
33.4. Customers must comply with all applicable UAE laws and marina regulations regarding food, beverages and conduct on board.
34.1. Swimming, water activities and use of water equipment are subject to weather, sea conditions, location and captain approval.
34.2. The captain may prohibit swimming or water activities whenever conditions are considered unsafe.
34.3. Customers participate in water activities at their own responsibility and must follow all safety instructions.
35.1. Customers are responsible for damage caused to the yacht, equipment, furniture, fixtures or other property due to negligence, misuse or intentional conduct.
35.2. Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive mess, stains, spills or damage beyond normal use.
35.3. Any applicable damage or cleaning charge may be deducted from a security deposit or charged separately.
36.1. Yacht trips may be delayed, shortened, rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, maritime restrictions or safety concerns.
36.2. The captain’s decision concerning safe navigation is final.
36.3. Where an operator cancels a trip due to unsafe conditions, the applicable rescheduling or refund policy shall apply.
37.1. Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, private celebrations and other events may be arranged subject to prior approval.
37.2. Decorations must not damage the yacht or interfere with safety equipment.
37.3. Candles, pyrotechnics, confetti, balloons, adhesives, decorations and other materials may be restricted or prohibited.
37.4. Additional charges may apply for special arrangements, cleaning or damage
50.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
51.1. Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision at a later date.
52.1. These Terms, together with the applicable booking confirmation, invoice, rental agreement, service-specific conditions and other written terms provided to the customer, constitute the agreement governing the relevant booking.
52.2. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific written agreement issued for a booking, the specific agreement may prevail to the extent of that conflict.
